Overview


Our client is a licensed gaming provider that specialises in Sportsbook and Live Casino. They are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their team in the Isle of Man. The successful candidate should have great communication skills in Mandarin and English. This role is a 40h/week shift basis that could be 8-5pm, 9-6pm and 11-8pm Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities
 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high quality standard of customer support.

  • Manage customer enquiries through the live chat, email and telephone.

  • Attend to customer complaints and issues.

  • Deliver the most appropriate solution within company policies and guidelines.

  • Keep database regarding details/solutions of issues, complaints and queries updated.

  • Review customer activities according to company policies and procedures.

  • Liaise and coordinate with other internal departments.

  • Process payment requests and review KYC documentation.

  • Maintain customer database updated.

  • Assist other departments with admin support if needed.

Ideal Candidate

  • Efficient language capabilities in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.

  • Experience in the gaming industry with a contact center focus (beneficial, not required).

  • Strong analysis, attention to detail, communication, organizational and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to effectively present information and clearly respond to queries.

  • Professional working attitude and proactive candidate.

  • Ability to relocate to the Isle of Man.
