They are currently looking for a Mandarin speaking E-commerce Coordinator to join their team in Manchester.

Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Support e-commerce operation management in promotion campaigns by liaising with brand’s partners. 

  • Handle beauty and fashion-related inquiries from brand’s network database.

  • Maintain costs per action at desired level on a daily basis.

  • Generate post-launch campaign analysis reports to support account management process. 

  • Keep clients database and store rankings up to date.

  • Assist account management during client meetings to maintain solid knowledge of the industry. 

  • Liaise with editorial team in generating of campaign and feedback reports. 

  • Ensure the clients invoices are executed on time.

Ideal Candidate 

​

  • A Bachelor’s degree related to Marketing desired. 

  • At least 1 year of experience within digital or online marketing industry at a client service-related role. 

  • Proven success in analysis and research. 

  • Excellent written/verbal English and Mandarin.

  • Strong written, communication and presentation skills. 

  • Strong analytical and strategic skills. 

  • IT proficient.

  • MS Office user.
