Our client is the leading provider of customised visual merchandising and branding services, primarily for fashion retail. They have offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen and London, which provide creative services in: window displays, mall decorations, in-store merchandising, pop-up stores and events. They develop concepts taking into consideration all latest trends and creative vision of their clients; creating a final product which is personalised to location, season, product and target audience. Their ultimate goal is to satisfy both their clients and the customers.

 

We are seeking a creative and ambitious individual who thrives in an energetic and fast paced environment. The candidate should have studies in project management or related and be excel savvy. In addition candidate is required to have excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese. Furthermore, 3 years’ experience in retail or related will be greatly beneficial, as will strong problem solving, multi-tasking and prioritising skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

​

  • Coordinate and support a range of projects efficiently

  • Work and liaise efficiently with suppliers, overseas teams and factories.

  • Assist with administration and budget related duties.

  • Assist the Project Manager in the accomplishment of group objectives and daily business needs.

  • Preparation of confidential documents for presentation in meetings.

  • Schedule/participate in meetings and follow up with issues.

  • Coordinate travel and other appointments when required.

  • Produce and generate reports, maintain records up-to-date.

  • Handle ad hoc projects duties and office duties determined by Manager.

Ideal Candidate

​

  • The candidate should hold a high diploma or above in Project Management or related.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail or other professional services.

  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel in order to create templates, reports and compile statistics.

  • Should have initiative and be self-motivated.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment and reach deadlines effectively.

  • Be confidential and professional during projects.

  • Ability to problem solve, multi-task and prioritise.

  • Excellent written/verbal English and Chinese

  • Resourceful, logical and a creative problem-solver.

 

 

Benefits

  • Salary of £22,000- £25,000 DOE (depending on experience).

  • 25 days holiday and OT.

  • Performance related bonus.
