21st century British high fashion Company that offers a large variety of luxury accessories. While woman’s shoes are their main focus, they offer a large assortment of other luxury accessories in the form of handbags, small leather goods, scarves, belts, fragrances and men’s shoes.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual for a Luxury Sales Associate role who will strive to meet the organizational goals and objectives by offering such skills as teamwork, sales, relationship building and communication skills. A good level of Mandarin and English speaking is required, in addition to a great interest and understanding of the Luxury goods market.

Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • The highest standards of customer service exceeding customer expectations in order to build customer loyalty and database. 

  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of the brand and products. Including material and manufacturing details.

  • Promptly resolve customer issues by inspecting problems, finding solutions and taking initiative to improve store performance.

  • Follow all Health and Safety regulations always taking into account the company procedures and protocols.

  • Assist in stock management partaking in stock takes, replenishing stock and ensure continued stock supply according to company procedures and policies.

  • Attend all store briefings, meetings and training events.

  • Assist store manager and assistant manager in any back office or administrative duties.

  • Be professional at all times, offering guidance and advice to clients when needed.

  • Follow all required company procedures, standards and policies communicated by the company.

 

 

Ideal Candidate

  • English and Mandarin speaker (Required).

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Experience of sales in a luxury brand (desirable, but not required).

  • Knowledge and understanding of luxury retail market and customer service.

  • Multi-tasking and able to prioritize.

  • Be proactive, polite and professional in order to exceed customer expectations.

  • Have a can do attitude and go the extra mile for the team.
