They are seeking to hire someone who can ensure the supply availability and visibility of all products worldwide throughout the product life cycle. As well as being a supportive focal point for supply chain planning and the execution of activities.

Responsibilities
-
Planning and analysing activities for supply alignment to forecasted and actual demand signals (e.g. purchase requisition, rework, transfer, etc).

Ensuring vendor delivery compliance (including a root cause analysis on late shipments)

Provide a root cause analysis of late/ overdue stock situations and stock outs. Then propose recommendations and improvement plans to minimise inventory exposure and to maximise revenues.

Evaluate and offer recommendations for improvement respective to the supply chain.

Working on director sponsored projects and process improvements.

Ensuring customers products are delivered on time. (Working across a multi-functionalteam)

Supporting monthly SIOP activities

Finding and communicating any disruptions to the supply chain to internal cross functional teams.

Ideal Candidate
​
-
A Bachelors or Master’s degree (or relevant work experience).
-
Minimum of 5 years Planning experience.
-
Bachelors degree in Business Management, Operations Management or a related subject.
-
Experience using ERP system (DRP/MRP tools)
-
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and proven project management skills
-
Familiar with interfaces such as Smartsheet and Omnify
-
Excellent customer service
-
Ideally you will be able to speak and read Mandarin and have Consumer Electronics experience.
