They are currently seeking a creative and ambitious Mandarin Chinese Business Development Executive to join their team in a fast-paced and exciting working environment in California. You must have a strong desire to succeed and maintain goals, as well as being confident to build and form relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong sales abilities to identify and accrue new clients. 

  • Create and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase brand loyalty.

  • Manage time efficiently to achieve sales targets and goals.

  • Represent the company brand by following and maintaining their expected standards.

  •  Consistently meet monthly and annual revenue targets through the acquisition of new customers and increasing sales with existing clients.

  • Collect customer feedback to identify new development opportunities and improve sales techniques.

  •  Understand the client requirements fully to establish successful products.

 

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English both written and verbal.

  • Previous experience in B2B relationship creation.

  •  Highly-motivated and ambitious.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Great customer-focus with attention to detail.

  • Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • 1+ year of experience in a business development environment or related field is desired. 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is beneficial but not required.

  • Fluent in Cantonese is beneficial.
