Overview

Our client is a luxury retailer supplying customers with high-end brand products including handbags, shoes and jewellery. They are currently seeking a hard-working and motivated Customer service Advisor to join their team of highly trained and attentive professionals. 

 

You must have an excellent customer-focus to understand your customers and what they need to boost sales and hit targets amongst the store. Brand knowledge is essential to provide valuable advice to customers, with a good ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team to effectively hit sales targets and objectives.

  • Greet clients and provide them with a high level of customer service.

  • Demonstrate excellent brand and product knowledge to deliver to clients.

  • Create long-lasting relationships with clients to increase brand loyalty.

  • Work to company and brand standards at all times across the store.

  • Maintain a groomed appearance and behave accordingly to the brand expectations.

  • Deliver customer service for clients regarding problems, shipping and enquiries.

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable shop floor appearance. 

  • Follow all company policies and procedures at all times.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a customer facing environment.

  •  Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Motivated and driven to work towards targets.

  • Can identify and resolve problems effectively.

  • Great social skills and abilities.

  • Previous experience working in a luxury brand is beneficial but not essential.
