They are a ECN broker who offer trading on Forex and are regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority). In addition, they offer a personalised and multilingual service in order to entirely embrace and connect with clients from all regions. The company is able to create a tailored service experience by employing a range of native speakers for each of the countries they work with.
We are seeking a proactive candidate with excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Cantonese proficiency is desirable but not required. The ideal candidate should have experience living in China and of the international financial market. The candidate should have customer support experience and problem solving skills, in addition to being a flexible team player.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Providing the required support to various departments relating to the Chinese business and market

Supporting and liaising with Chinese clients through email and telephone calls.

Working with the sales department on any sales enquiries

Translation of various documents and handling client complaints
-
Providing information to clients in regard to company offers and promotions
-
Assisting management with all analysis that is connected to the Chinese business activities

Processing withdrawals for clients
-
Answering any customer enquiries and providing required information/details.

Supporting team and management in any tasks which may require assistance
Ideal Candidate
-
Excellent written/verbal English and Mandarin.
-
A level and bachelor’s degree educated.
-
9 GCSE’s or equivalent including Mathematics and English
-
Clear communicator and excellent organisational skills
-
A proactive and detail oriented approach to work.

Can speak Cantonese (desirable)

Familiar with Microsoft Excel and other Office software

Desirable knowledge of financial markets

Experience of living in mainland China

Previous customer support experience

A confident team player with an outgoing and flexible attitude
