Responsibilities

 

• Assist the senior management team on growth opportunities, developing products, potential partnerships, and organizational improvements.

• Serve as a project manager with stakeholders to identify and increase the growth of the business.

• Design and analyse the results of new projects to execute action plans for development.

•  Execute successfully on a daily basis to promote the company values and objectives.

• Develop and design new products in the digital banking world.

•  Lead meetings, research and product testing.

•  Use initiative to drive the results needed, through creative and tactical approaches.

• Always use initiative to increase retention and revenue for the company.

Ideal Candidate

 

• Must hold a Business Administration degree or similar subject. 

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a previous role is required.

•  Analytical experience and a good eye for business judgement.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Ability to adopt an entrepreneurial attitude and self start. 

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to write and speak in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
