Our client is a large scale company who specialize in leading telecommunication services. They are leaders of telecommunications in areas such as internet access, integrated information services, and providing wireline.
They are currently seeking a hard-working, driven individual to join their team of internal professionals and provide IT maintenance and support, key to the daily operations in their London office. You must have experience in IT, written and spoken skills in Mandarin and English, alongside a strong initiative and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide IT maintenance and support to users.

Troubleshoot all IT issues including hardware, software, apps, remote access and network connectivity.

Delivering up-to-standard orientations to new employees and providing them with regular training.

Maintain infrastructure in terms of WAN/LAN networks, telephones, digital conferences, and end-user computing.

Managing IT assets and outsourced engineers.

Working with a team to design and develop IT projects in the region.

Partner with local business leaders in order to enable business growth with the IT tools support required.

Ideal Candidate
​
The ideal candidate must be:

Bilingual in English and Mandarin
-
Have strong interpersonal communication skills
-
Adapt and learn to new responsibilities and knowledge quickly

Have confident and professional use of telephones
-
Act on initiative
-
Must have experience of using Windows 7 and IOS software
-
Some experience with Cisco systems and Windows servers
-
Have a good knowledge of active directory, DHCP, IP, and DNS.
