Our client offers world-class health care for their patients , as well as a community built on hospitality, and the answers they've been looking for and they are looking for a international marketing executive in order to lead their Asia-Pacific international marketing team and portfolio (with responsibility for international marketing efforts in China)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Take on a leadership role to understand business objectives and build marketing strategies to support them.

  •  Strategic evaluation and execution of marketing activities. Such as: advertising, collateral development, content creation, digital marketing and events management).

  • Ability to motivate others and monitor the results of marketing activities to advance the strategic marketing plan.

  • Provide expert marketing guidance to clients and manage complex cross-functional projects.

  • Analyse and develop marketing strategies based on target audiences, business plans and market research.

  • Responsible for market intelligence through identifying and analysing internal and external relevant data.

  • Excellent communication skills in order to convey confidence, transparency and clarity.

  • Managing vendor/agency relationships and functions as the lead.

  • Measuring and reporting outcomes and responsibility for assigned marketing budgets.



Ideal Candidate

  • Require either: a Master’s degree and 7 years’ experience in marketing OR a Bachelor’s degree and 10 year’s experience in marketing (with a completion of a Master’s within 4 years of hiring.)

  • Project management experience

  • Experience in China/ other APAC market preferred.

  • Proven expertise in creating marketing strategies based on objectives

  • Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative and consensus-style environment, promoting teamwork.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner with quality standards

  • Ability to trust and inspire and a high level of professionalism.

  • Effective ability to prioritise tasks and a positive attitude.

  • Experience working with target audiences, research and competitive landscape evaluation.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and for occasional travel.
