Our client is a Chinese Logistics Service Provider that has grown to be one of the biggest and most valuable brands worldwide. They have expanded from Greater China to other Asian countries as well as Europe.
We are currently looking for a heavily experienced logistics operations executive to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with ambition to grow personally and professionally within the ever-growing logistics industry.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Create the draft for the operating plan and the service agreements for partners.
Monitor the performance of the agents and partners overseas.
Help develop and manage service associates to back business development.
Assist senior management in setting up facilities, operation systems and processes in new countries.
Monitor the policies and procedures for Customs in each country.
3-5 years of experience in operations, sub-contractor, quality management in the logistics industry.
Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics or a related field of study.
Additional languages are beneficial, but not required: Japanese, Korean, Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese, and Malay.
Must be computer literate.
Great problem solving skills
Ability to build great interpersonal relationships
A self-starter that can work under pressure.
