Overview

 

As a partnership and liaison officer, you will be required to maintain and develop partnerships with accommodation suppliers through communication and relationship building. We are seeking a proactive candidate with excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

·Contacting accommodation suppliers, universities accommodation and room agencies through email, telephone and face-to-face

·Arrange meetings for partnership discussions

·Coordinating the contract process and renewing existing contracts

·Liaising with accommodation suppliers, universities accommodation and room agencies to ensure commissions is received on time.

·Updating team members on room availability, price and photos

·Updating the website with new information of rooms and prices

·Coordinating merchandising activities for suppliers

·Provide training to new members

·Conducting market research and competitor research

·Preparing reports

·Managing ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks

 

 

Ideal Candidate

​

·Beneficial to have a university degree in any discipline

·Have excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin

·Knowledge in recruitment or real estate agencies (desirable)

·Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

·Responsible and highly motivated individual
