Overview

 

Our client is the leading provider of customised visual merchandising and branding services, primarily for fashion retail. They have offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen and London, which provide creative services in: window displays, mall decorations, in-store merchandising, pop-up stores and events. They develop concepts taking into consideration all latest trends and creative vision of their clients; creating a final product which is personalised to location, season, product and target audience. Their ultimate goal is to satisfy both their clients and the customers.

 

We are seeking a creative and ambitious individual who thrives in an energetic and fast paced environment. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Public Relations, Visual Merchandising or related areas. In addition, they should have strong communication, presentation and multitasking skills, in order to support their leadership and management responsibilities regarding the team and projects. This role will require the candidate to manage projects from start to implementation; therefore, the applicant should be able to organise/monitor tasks, prioritise and reach deadlines effectively.  

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with factories and resolving any production issues that may arise.

  • Ensure products/services are delivered on time.

  • Monitor and maintain project’s to set schedules and budget.

  • Monitor and exceed client’s expectations, always carrying a professional attitude.

  • Plan, implement and execute clients’ projects and provide advice/guidance when needed.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and be responsible for the financial performance of such.

  • Work and liaise efficiently with suppliers, designers, overseas teams and factories.

  • Be resourceful when finding new production possibilities and solutions.

  • Prepare detailed and precise project objective and training to team members.

  • Act as project leader and supervise 2 team members.

  • Research and generate new leads to expand UK/EU business opportunities and acquire new clients.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations and report.

  • Manage, build and maintain client relationships

  • Take the initiative in promoting service solutions to achieve the client’s business objectives.

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Public Relations, Visual Merchandising or related areas.

  • Have a degree in Management/Marketing or related.

  • Ability to work independently or as a team and develop collaborative relationships.

  • Excellent written/verbal English and Chinese.

  • Ability to problem solve, multi-task and prioritise within different projects.

  • Strong sense of leadership and accountability when leading projects and team.

  • Occasional travel will be required at times.

 

 

Benefits

  • Salary of £33,000- £36,000 DOE (depending on experience).

  • 25 days holiday and OT.

  • Performance related bonus.
