The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English. The candidate should have great career ambitions and be ready to go the extra mile for the company.  Experience in admin, marketing and customer service is required for this role. Familiarity working in the property industry will be desirable, however it is not essential. The successful candidate will gain experience in a global business/environment and will have great progression opportunities in the property industry.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Support the marketing and sales team in achieving sales goals and objectives.

  • Planning, implementation and management of events.

  • Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure the client database remains organised and up-to-date.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Report creation and documentation management.

  • Composing letters and emails on a daily basis.

  • Updating website content and translating materials.

  • Financial activities which will include tasks such as, contract creation, processing expenses and invoicing.

  • Managing key relationships.

  • HR duties when required.

  • Register and update instructions on systems- Client First/PeopleSoft.

  • Provide high quality customer service and assistance.

  • Support in general administration duties where necessary.

  • Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure a proactive work environment.

Ideal Candidate

​

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in Mandarin and English.

  • Administration, marketing and customer service skills are a must.

  • Ambitious and creative team worker.

  • Real estate/property experience would be advantageous, however it is not essential.

  • High level of computer literacy and Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems would be beneficial.

  • Proactive and multitasking individual.

  • Planning, organisational and time management skills.
