Responsibilities

  • Develop merchandising strategies to meet customer and company expectations.

  • Analyse sales figures, market trends and customer activity to identify gaps in the market.

  • Communicate across various departments including Procurement, Distribution and Operations to develop a wide understanding of quality, pricing, market trend and various other factors.

  • Execute product information to help the finance of the company to succeed and exceed sales targets.

  •  Work with the sales and marketing team to plan product promotion, competitive pricing and displays.

  • Set up daily and weekly specials and promotions in line with sales and marketing plans.

  •  Provide assistance with introducing new products, developing product packaging and product life cycles to achieve more sales through merchandising techniques.

  •  Host events with all products and merchandise to promote sales whilst working as a team to successfully deliver and sell the products.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role with proven ability to hit targets and exceed sales. 

  •  Highly organised and can manage time effectively.

  • Excellent understanding of procure-to-pay processes and contract terms.

  • Great ability to negotiate and solve problems.

  • Must pay excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to multi-task and work on various projects.

  • Great customer service skills.

  • Must be creative and offer fresh and innovative ideas.

  • Must hold a valid driving license.  

  • Must speak Chinese.
